Roles & Responsibilities

Doing the necessary homework before the draft

Stepping in if needed when a coach is unavailable or needs support

Helping with coach and team communication where needed

Assisting with kit collection/distribution where needed

Being available and responsive before and during the tournament

Communicating professionally with parents, players, coaches, officials and PPL staff

Making sure every player in my team gets a minimum of 2 chukkas per game

Coaching in line with the PPL purpose of opportunity, excellence and exposure
